".. a lead who was contacted five minutes after submission is 21 times more likely to turn into a qualified lead than if contacted 30 minutes after submission.. "
5 Minutes! Not 30 minutes. Let that sink in. That is the period you should strive for in contacting each and every lead who has just shown interest in the product you have advertised on Facebook using Facebook Lead Ads.
How credible is that?

In general, the longer you wait to follow up with a new lead, the less likely that lead is to convert or become a customer later. For example, one response management study of web-generated leads found that a lead who was contacted five minutes after submission is 21 times more likely to turn into a qualified lead than if contacted 30 minutes after submissionhttps://www.facebook.com/business/help/151175832083886

So, the bottom line is, if you want a lead to turn into a customer, contact him within 5 minutes of him pressing the submit button on your Facebook Lead Ad form. If you don't, chances are that he will become someone else's customer.
Now you will probably think that is impossible as you would need to log in every 5 minutes into your Facebook account in order to download your leads. However, you would be wrong as there are many companies who do just that and each and every time they grab the customer away before you can contact him simply because they got to him first.
Just think about it - you have just paid $1 or more to Facebook to let the lead contact you and now, simply because you did not contact the lead soon enough, you lost both. You paid for the ad and you lost the sale.
So, how do you do it? How do you contact the lead who has just filled in your Facebook Lead Ad form when you have a small business with limited resources?
The answer is simple. Use a service like Stargate365 which can send you an email to your Gmail, Outlook or other account as soon as a lead submits a form on Facebook. In that way you can be notified anywhere your mobile phone goes allowing you to respond immediately.
Stargate365 can even go further than that and insert the details into Slack, Salesforce, Wunderlist, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Azure Database and many other apps.
